The founders and directors of Hopehill are Professor Josiah T Mutihir and Professor Patrick H Daru. They were joined by Professor Nuhu K Dakum. These individuals with their many years of experience; not only in medicine, but also in administration, form the core of Hopehill Specialist Medical Centre.
These veteran individuals and the team they have built ensure that the very best practices in Medicine are carried out. Being teachers and trainers themselves, everyone on board their team is taught the importance of Patient’s safety and comfort. This means that every staff is courteous and relates with the patient’s and other staff with utmost respect and strict professionalism while observing all the laid down protocols.
The vision of the hospital is to be a top rated Institution that outlives this generation, provides the best quality of care and positively impacts on society.
Its mission is to promote a culture of excellence and discipline in its staff with regular training and to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery in order to positively impact families who are entrusted to our care.
In order to achieve the above, Hopehill has a dedicated team of 37 permanent staff and 15 ad hoc staff. Every staff must have requisite qualifications before they join the Hopehill family and thereafter receive regular on the job training. Remunerations are fair and paid in time so as to avoid complacency and distractions.
Allowances and off-times are also given to staff. This means that the team is highly motivated and efficient in its output. Every team member in Hopehill is aware of the vision and mission and all are constantly encouraged to work towards the target.
Our guiding compass is to provide, learn, improve and uphold the highest standards of preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative healthcare in Nigeria to achieve adelightful experience and outcome for all our guests and clients.
